• Use zones to group countries which have the same postage and VAT rates.
• Create zones with online names, for example ZONE - EU for the Europe zone. Your web-clients cannot see your zone names, they see the country names.
• Note: Deleting a zone will erase the country, delivery service, postage and VAT assignments for that zone.
