Note:
If you need to further restrict the result set, click on MORE OPTIONS in the upper right corner of the window. This gives you several ways to search, for example a special product, the orders of a particular client or customer.
Order handling possibilities:
First:
See the details of an order by clicking on the order link in the first column. This opens a new browser window.
Second:
If you wish to handle order status click the checkbox of an order. YourShop opens a menu which allows changing of the order status. You may add other orders of the same status before modifying their status.
Third:
If you handle order status, select all orders of the same status with the selector in the second column. As another option, YourShop opens a menu which permits changing the order status of all selected orders.
Client handling possibilities:
Click on your client's name to see all addresses, including previous ones, in a new window. You may also change a client's email address in this new window and see the orders bound to a particular address.
