  • To synchronise is to transfer your modified shop data from the BackOffice to the FrontStore. That is, make it visible to the public.
  • There are four different options to synchronise your shop. For large shops with thousands of products, it is important and much quicker to use the second, third and fourth options, if possible.
  • 1. All (slow):
  • Synchronise the products and categories from the BackOffice to the FrontStore. This can take several minutes if you have many categories and products. This process must NOT be interrupted.
  • Note: For multilingual shops, each shop MUST be synchronised individually, that is, the English one, the German one, the French one.
  • 2. Only stock:
  • To save time, do not synchronise the whole shop, if only product stocks have been modified.
  • 3. Only tools:
  • To save time, do not synchronise the whole shop if you have added or modified data in the tools section.
  • Note: Even if you have a multilingual shop and you have made changes in different languages in the tools section, it is not necessary to synchronise the shop in different languages. A single only tools synchronisation is sufficient.
  • 4. Only price groups:
  • To save time, do not synchronise the whole shop if only price groups have been modified.
  • Note:
  • Do NOT synchronise Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Legal notice (Impressum), or Shipping modifications as they are immediately visible in the FrontStore after alteration in the BackOffice.
