  • Important!
  • If you do not wish to handle order status, block or eliminate all status besides the last one, delivered. An order is immediately finished during checkout if you have indicated only a single order status.
  • How does it work?
  • Note 1:
  • The status at the top of the list is the one YourShop attributes to a new order. Then follow the different order status until the order is delivered.
  • Note 2:
  • A status has three parts: 1) a title, 2) an email subject so your clients understand why they receive an email from your e-commerce shop, 3) an order status change message which provides your clients more information about the status change.
  • Note 3:
  • YourShop allows modifying the order status message when changing the status of an order, if the preset text is not appropriate.
  • Note 4:
  • You may block an order status temporarily. To unblock an order status, set its selector to [modify] and click Save.
  • Note 5:
  • An order status may require another title, email subject or message, for example, depending upon the language, in which case this must be specified for each active shop, that is the English one, the German one.
