Before letting a customer pay using payment methods intended for selected customers only make sure that the:
PAYMENT METHODS
DELIVERY SERVICES
PAY WITH ...
POSTAGE
configurations, in the [TOOLS] section, are set up correctly.
The 3 main points:
Default configuration:
No payment methods are selected. The customer can pay by all default configured payment methods, except the for selected customers only methods.
To see the different payment methods, click on the selector.
The for selected customers only payment methods are in orange.
A payment method configuration available only to selected customers:
In addition to the standard payment methods, the customer can also pay the purchase by invoice within 45 days of the invoice date.
Exclusive configuration:
All default payment methods are disabled and only the selected methods are enabled.
