  • You can let customers either pay by invoice or by credit card via a PSP (Payment Service Provider).
  • If you activate this checkbox and the customers pay by credit-card, YourShop uses the second order status of the list. With this same option activated, if customers choose to pay by invoice, YourShop uses the first order status of the list.
  • If this option is not activated, YourShop always uses the first order status of the list.
  • What is the purpose of this feature?
  • If customers pay by invoice, with the first order status, let them know "We will send the order when our bank confirms receipt of your payment."
  • If customers pay by credit card, with the second order status let them know "Thank you for your order. We are preparing shipment of your order".
  • Important!
  • YourShop has several PSPs, and a payment activates the second order status. These PSPs include Checkout, Datatrans, PayPal, and Worldline.
